Product Development and Innovation in the 21st centuryHow do we create new products, services, value in the new age of plenty? The paradigms with which we created products in the 20th century are not always functioning in our current world. The rise of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Entrepreneurship is indicative of this trend. My interest lies in studying successful and unsuccessful approaches to product development in the 21st century from different angles including people, place, process, community, culture, and more. My goal is to educate students who are able to innovate in modern times, in industry, academia, and the public sector.
